Discipline by Design

Discipline...we don't like to think about it, do we? Yet it is ever present when we have children. We didn't realize how important-and often overwhelming-this would be when we first held our little darlin' in our arms, did we? Or when we decide to teach school. I mean, after all, we want to teach...so why do we have to spend so much time with discipline?

Come join me for some practical tips on how to discipline big kids as well as little ones. I'm presenting ways to see children as God designed them to be and thus, discipline by design. We'll have fun in the process and share a few laughs as we...

Learn how to respond rather than react when you're unraveling!

Learn how to detach from what doesn't matter and focus on the real heart issues at hand.

Learn how to turn that control-freak kid into a champion!

Learn ways to see the gift of your ADD/ADHD child and move from being annoyed to affirming.

Learn how to take that argumentative adolescent child from disagreeable to delightful.

Learn how to take the child who turns everything into a trauma-drama and find ways to move from paralysis to proactive.

Learn how to move from the terrible twos, fearsome fours, and traumatic teens and see that you CAN discipline by design!

My experience as a mom of three grown kids, grandma, teacher, school administrator, and author of books on discipline has taught me a few tricks of the trade. I would love to share some with you during this talk - Discipline to the Design of the Child. Click {here} to download.
